30 Minute TRX Metabolic Circuit Workout

If you want to mix up your suspension exercise routine, this 30 minute TRX Metabolic Circuit Workout is excellent to gain results and shred some extra fat. Grab your suspension straps and get outside. Watch Dan Long in action below:

Circuit Workout:

1. Single Leg TRX Squat Hops L/R
(25 yd. Sprint)
2. 10 second Front Plank, then push-up crunch
(25 yd. Sprint)
3. TRX Plyometric Low Squat Jump w/ a double arm Pull
(25 yd. Sprint)
4. 10 second Front Plank, then Pikes
(25 yd. Sprint)

Break for 1 to 2 minutes and repeat the TRX Metabolic Circuit for 3 to 4 rounds. I usually do this every Saturday morning. Dan does recommend to to it 3 to 5 times a week for super results. I am currently on his Suspension Revolution program and this is great for me once a week.

It is a great all round workout and the one great thing about TRX suspension straps is that you can take them outside and get a great workout.
