1. Mango Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- 1 cup coconut water or regular water
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.

2. Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Add watermelon, strawberries, yogurt, and honey to the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Peach Basil Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

- Place peaches, yogurt, orange juice, basil, and honey in a blender.

5. Cucumber Mint Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

- Ice cubes
