Nutty Banana Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut butter)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oats (optional, for extra fiber)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients: Peel the banana and gather all the ingredients.
- Add to Blender: Place the banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and oats (if using) into a blender. Start with the liquid to help the blending process.
- Blend: Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more almond milk. If you prefer a thicker texture, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
